FPCE condemn Government for not honouring Apex Court order

JAMMU- Federation of Private Colleges of Education (FPCE) has condemned the State authorities for not honouring the Supreme Court order in respect of holding inspection for granting permission to some colleges to run B.Ed class.
Chairman, Federation of Private Colleges of Education Jammu K LBhatia has alleged that some vested interests have prevailed upon the State government in placing obstructions in the way of opening of new colleges even by dishonouring the Apex Court order.
Bhatia said that despite clear orders of the Supreme Court the government has made any exercise so far to conduct inspection for granting permission to run Bed classes .He said the aggrieved educational society has spent crores of rupees on construction of infrastructure and the government was least concerned about the interests of the students seeking admission for Bed courses.
