Montoring of railway reservation sought

The congress leaders have asked the higher railway authorities at a Jammu to monitor the ticketing and reservation system in view of some complaints from public.
In a statement PCC spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, secretaries Raval Mattoo, Naherswar Singh, Mehraj-Ud-Din Zargar and Manohar Singh, Dr. Kamal Singh, Pritam Singh said that some railway booking officials are in league with agents and putting the common customers to lot of inconvenience.
They asked the railway authorities to check this menace and streamline system so that general public standing in queues for reservations do not have to wait for long and face inconvenience.
