| AMWS holds meet, discuss their pending demands | | |

A meeting of general body of Afghana Mohalla Welfare Society has been held under the Chairmanship of its president Ashok Sawhney here today. The problems of Mohalladars relating to scarcity of water, dirty streets, un-repaired drains and lanes and frequent cuts of electricity and unbearable fluctuations in electric supply were discussed in detail.
The members felt that our Corporator of Ward No. 10 Priya Sethi has failed to redress the problems of Mohalladars so much, so that the elected representative does not have even time to visit our Mohalla and redress the problems.
All the members unanimously criticized the behaviour of elected Corporator who has lost the confidence of the voters. It was unanimously decided that a copy of this resolution be sent to said corporator with a request to visit the Mohalla and hold an open Darbar of voters and see her self the difficulties being faced by the voters so that long pending problems be redressed at an earliest.
