Srinagar, August 22 - Former Minister and Panther party Member Legislative Assembly. Harsh Dev Singh has been asked not to enter the defined precincts of Legislative Assembly during the current session
A Notice to this affect was issued by the Assembly Secretariat here today directing him not to enter the premises of the House till the session is on.
Speaker Legislative Assembly Tara Chand , yesterday, had suspended former minister and Panther party MLA Harsh Dev Singh for the rest of the session after the house passed the suspension motion moved by health minister Mangat Ram Sharma, accusing Singh of threatening Rural Development Minister Jugal Kishore.
