| Three arrested for eve teasing | | |

Batote police today arrested three youth on charges of eve teasing and also seized a Maruti car from their possession.
On registration of a complaint by some girls registered that three youths were teasing them, SHO Sat Pal Modi ordered their immediate arrest and accordingly a police team swung into action and laid a naka in the area and arrested them red-handed with Maruti Van No JK06224. Identified as Mohd Yunis son of Mohd Yousuf resident of Batote, Sayeed Akhtar son of Mohd Shabir and Nazir Ali son of Mushtaq Ahmed both residents of Shampa, Batote all the accused were whisked away to police station for further for interrogation and other legal process and registered a case.
