| Residents of Bazigar Basti sans basic amenities | | |

A delegation of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) led by its state general secretary Ch. Najibullah today visited Bazigar Basti at Nagrota.
At the site he found that the people living in single room accommodation are living in total un-hygenic conditions, as these are our nx-toilets in whole JDA colony, which caters the need of more than 1500 people living in the colony. The inhabitants on spot informed the delegation that colony is facing acute water shortage and the concerned authorities are doing nothing to mitigate this problem.
Najibullah, while addressing the residents assured him that the matter will be taken up with authorities for early redressal.
Other members of the delegation were Girdhari Lal, Keshav Kumar and Munshi Panch.
