| 113 CRPF Battalion takes command in Doda | | |
DODA, AUG 23—113 CRPF today replaced the 78 battalion CRPF here today at Bhaderwah tehsil, the highly placed official sources said. .The 78 battalion served in this militancy area for three years. Led by commanding officer Nag Rajan, the battalion has been instrumental in checking the terrorism to a great extent besides ensuring surrender of several militants.
The sources said that 113 CRPF battalion has completely the charge from the outgoing battalion and is all set to face the challenges of the armed militants.
Commanding Officer 113 Bn B.S.Dhara said that our first priority is to serve the nation and to maintain communal harmony at any cost so that the terrorist plans will be defeated. He also sought public cooperation in eradication of terrorism and said that they have already launched search operations to eliminate the terrorists.
It is important to mention here that Commanding Officer B.S.Dhara has already served in much militancy infested areas like Srinagar and Manipur and has brought laurels to his Battalion.
