| JKNPP to boycott Mangat | | |
Jammu, Aug 23: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party has decided to socially boycott Congress minister Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma for his remarks against the father of party MLA Harsh Dev Singh.
As per the party spokesman, a meeting was convened, here today, to condemn Congress led government for having suspended the leader of the Panthers legislature party, Harsh Dev Singh without any reason, cause or logic.
He said that the party feels that the suspension came only to demonstrate arrogance of authority again the just movement of the Panthers Party for Jammu migrants, refugees and others weaker sections of the society.
"The party condemned Mangat Ram Sharma for his unsavory and insulting remarks against Harsh Dev Singh by abusing his late father in the assembly", the spokesman said.
The Party, he said, has declared total social boycott of Sharma till he apologies to Harsh Dev for his remarks.
