| DFA Sopore, Maharaja win matches In PMMFT | | |
Srinagar , August, 23: Two football matches of 10th All J&K Police Martyr's Memorial Football Tournament were played here at Bakshi Stadium today, in which Sopore defeated Bandipora and Maharaja thrashed Madina.
In the first match played this afternoon, DFA Sopore defeated its opponent DFA Bandipora by the margin of 2-1 The goals for the winning team were done by Mohammad Ramzan in 48 th minute and Showkat Ahmad in 60th minute.
In the second match, Maharaja defeated Madina by 7 goals to 2. At half time Maharaja were leading by 2-1. For Maharaja Altaf scored two, Sarwar two, Jamsheed, Waseem and Muneer one each. For Madina goals were scored by Tanveer and Raja Ahmad.
