Early Times Reporter Jammu | Aug 24 A protest demonstration was organized by the JKNPP under the leadership of Daljit Singh General Secretary in support of the JKNPP’s demand for revocation of the suspension order of Harsh Dev Singh, MLA Ramnagar who was suspended from the legislative assembly by the speaker on the motion placed by the Health Minister in the Assembly some days back. The Panthers Party workers burnt the effigy of Ghulam Nabi Azad of the Chief Minister of the state at Indira Chowk, Jammu and dispruted traffic for one hour. The activists of Panthers Party raised the anti government, anti Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Health Minister Mangat Ram Sharma, Rural Development Minister Yougal Kishore Sharma. Daljit said that government has failed on all the fronts and has adopted barbaric, undemocratic attitude towards the panthers party MLAs and other opposition MLAs in the assembly. This barbaric government is trying to suppress the voice of the masses by denying their elected representatives to raise their problems in the assembly by suspending and marshalling out them from the assembly. He also expressed his concern and condemned the lathi charge on the government employees at Srinagar yesterday. Panthers party demanded immediate dismissal of the congress led government which has failed on all the fronts and urged upon the Governor to hold fresh election under governor rule. Similar protest demonstration and dharna’s was organized by the panthers party JKNPP activists at Kathua, Samba, Hiranagar, Vijaypur, Bari-Brahamana, Udhampur, Ramnagar, Budhal, Ramban, Bhaderwah, Poonch, Rajouri, Seri, Billawar. The prominent leaders among others who participated in the demonstration are M/s P.K. Ganju, Vice President, Bansi Lal Sharma, General Secretary, Ghulam Ali Engineer, State Secretary, Jagdev Singh, Coordination Secretary, Naresh Chib, provincial Secretary, Darshan Motton, District President, Rakesh Gupta, President Young Panthers, Shanker Singh Chib, General Secretary (jammu rural), Sewa Singh Bali, District Working President, Ravinder Jamwal, Zonal President, S. Paramjeet Singh Marshall, President Zonal, Vinod Singh, Zonal President, Rajesh Gondhi, S.D. Khajuria, Naveen Bali, Gurcharan Singh, Ravi Bhagat and others.
