Azad congratulates Mehbooba 4/4/2016 11:26:23 PM Early Times Report Jammu, April 4: Leader of Opposition Rajya Sabha and Former Chief Minister of J&K has congratulated Mehbooba Mufti for taking oath and assuming the office of Chief Minister J&K. According to press release, exuding confidence that Mehbooba will work hard for the welfare of people and progress of the State, Azad wished her a peaceful, effective and successful stint.
