| Peer Hussain visits relief camps, inspects facilities vv | | |
Poonch, August 26 – Minister of State for Power and Health Peer Mohammad Hussain today visited Jogigund and Shangus relief camps and inspected facilities. During the visit, the Minister had extensive interactions with displaced people.
During the interactions, the Minister assured people that state government is hecticly pursuing for compensation of damaged properties of Khundro affected and steps would be initiated in right earnest for their rehabilitation.
Peer Hussain also reviewed functioning of various assessment teams constituted by the government for evaluating losses caused to movable and immovable properties of people in Khundro blaze. He asked them to be thoroughly professional while working out losses.
The Minister said that he has already recommended to government for financial package of the affected besides shifting of ammunition depot, adding that he would leave no stone unturned in granting justice to people of Khundro inferno affected.
