| DIC organizes seminar in Girls HSS Darhal | | |
RAJOURI, AUGUST 26 - District Information Centre Rajouri organized a seminar in Government Girls Higher Secondary School Darhal yesterday. The topic of the seminar was “Does education help in eradication of social crimes’. Ten speakers took part in it and expressed their views on the topic.
Principal of the school Dr. Sajjar Malki presided over the function.
Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed of class 10th bagged first prize while 2nd and 3rd prizes were given to Wasym Raja of 11th and Altaf Hussain of 10th class.
Principal lauded the role of the department and hoped for similar function in his institution in future. He said education is the only source of eradication of social crime in the society. Without education man is like an animal on the earth, he added.
District Information Officer Rajouri gave away prizes to the first three toppers while consolation prizes were also given to all the participant students.
