| Detained for attempt to smuggle mobile phone in Tihar | | | | NEW DELHI: A man was detained in high security Tihar Jail while he was attempting to smuggle in a mobile phone to be handed over to one of the prisoners. Though immediately details were not available, the person identfied as Hussain was being questioned by a joint team of Intellligence Bureau and Delhi Police officials, informed sources said. They were trying to ascertain to whom he was trying to pass on the mobile phone in the high security jail, which houses scores of Pakistani and Afghanistani terrorists and Kashmiri militants. |
