| Jawan rapes sister-in-law, arrested | | |

A Territorial Army jawan was arrested by Reasi police on the charges of raping his sister- in-law. According to reports, a woman namely Jayatri Devi wife of Krishan Singh complained in police station that one TA jawan namely Rakhi Singh son of Sher Singh resident of Balwal Kot, Reasi who is her brother-in-law raped her forcibly when no body were present in the house. Police after receiving the complaint, registered a case under section 376,451,323 RPC under FIR No 50/2007 and later arrested the accused from his house and was investigating the matter.
