A high level meeting of Senior Police Officers of the area under the Chairmanship of Sr. Superintendent of Police (SSP) J.L Sharma was held here today.
In the meeting final touches were given to the arrangements made for incident free celebrations of both Independence Day function in the town. The SSP, Sharma, while talking to ‘ Early Times’, said full proof security arrangements have been finalized and police have been put on alert to foil any attempt of miscreants on the day.
He said a police party has been kept ready to watch moment of people in the and around the stadium, were National Flag will be hoisted by V.I.P Sharma said, every vehicle is being checked by Jotipuram and Julla Park police check post. Every guesthouse and hotels are being checked and addition Jawans in civil dress have been posted at several places, beside CRPF Jawans also the local police.
The meeting among others was attended by SHO, Reasi, S. Daljeet Singh, SHO Talwara and SHO Jotipuram police station.
