| Arrangements finalized for celebration of ‘Janamashtmi’ | | | R.S.Pura | Sep 1
To celebrate ‘Janamashtmi’ (Birth anniversary of Bhagwan Shri Krishna) all Hindu organizations of the town have decided to a organize Vishal shobha yatra on September 4 under the banner of Santan Dharm Sabha (SDS).
According to sources the Main Shoba yatra will be organized by Shri Geeta Bhawan Mandir led by Swami Parkashanand Ji Maharaj. Meanwhile Devi dwara Mandir ward No.1, Hanuman Mandir main chowk, Shetla Mata Mandir ward No. 11, Shiv Mandir Daljeet chowk, Radha Krishna Mandir Railway line Gagian, Radha Shayam Mandir ward No.10, Shri Radhey Krishna Mandir Satrayian, Ravi Dass Mandir committee, Chandi Mata committte, Brahmna Sabha, Bajrang Dal, Radha Krishna Mandir Jassore and many other social and religious organizations have decided to organize Shoba Yatra in the town. The Yatra would commence from Geeta Bhawan Ashram Kotli Gala Bana which would passes through Hanuman Mandir, Sabzi Mandi, Main Bazar Daljeet chowk, Davinder chowk, Avatar market, tehsil bazaar and Purina pind chowk. SDS has appealed all the devotees to join Shoba yatra along with their families to seek the blessing of Bhagwan Shri Krishna.
On the occasion of Krishna Janamashtmi a Bhagwat Katha was organized by Swami Parkashanand ji Maharaj at Geeta Bhawan mandir R.S.Pura. A large number of devotees participated in the Katha.

He said today every person is busy for own work but have no time to remember God. He appealed every person to pray God for five minutes from his busy life every day.
