| BJP protests against erratic power supply, drinking water | | |

Criticizing the State government of its failure in providing safe drinking water and uninterrupted power supply to the common people, Bhartiya Janta Party activists organized a protest demonstration in this regard here today.
The protest demonstration was organized under the leadership of Kulbushan Mahotra, BJP Beopar Cell and Sanjay Baru, President BJP ward No. 40.
The protestors also blocked Talab Tiloo road disrupting vehicular traffic. They alleged the assurance given by the PHE authorities for restoration of water supply in the area has fallen flat as a result of which the people were badly.
Sanjay Baru alleged that the since the people of Jawahar Nagar, Shiv Nagar and Bharat Nagar are crying for smooth power supply the concerned authorities are paying no heed towards the grievances of the common people.
Among others who took part in the protest demonstration include Devinder Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, Sanjay Mehar and Girdhari Lal Gupta.
