| RR organizes scouts, guides camp | | |
Poonch September-2- As part of its policy to bring children in the mainstream, a 5-day Scouts and Guide camp was organized by 16 Rashtriya Rifles(Sikh) under the guidance and aegis of HQ 6 Sect RR and CIF (R) from August 31.
The event conducted as Chandimar Surankot of Poonch district was attended by over 400 children and teachers of the local schools. Various activities were organized under the instructors from Bharat Scouts and Guides Surankot.
The students presented various cultural programs and displayed different activities they underwent during the course of the camp.
The participants and the locals of the area expressed their gratitude towards the RR for going beyond their call of duty in organizing such an event.
