| 12-day capacity building program inaugurated | | | POONCH-JULY-1- A 12-day capacity building program for masters and teachers of Poonch Zone was today inaugurated by Chief Education Officer S S Dutta at Government Girls Higher Secondary .
Highlighting the aims and objectives of the program Dutta said that the goal of imparting education to all under the Sarva Shiksha Abiyan would be achieved by 2010 in the state. He called upon the teaching community to put in their best in imparting modern techniques of education to the children to enable them to face the future challenges with fortitude.
Course Director Daljit Singh explained various aspects of the programme and asked the teaching community to derive maximum benefits from the camp.
Azad Ahmed Azad Zonal Education Officer, J S Awal senior lecturer Girls HSS, Arun Sharma Assistant Coordinator, Mrs Parnita Kapoor DRD Padagogy, Manjeet Kumar and Amrik Singh also addressed the participants.
