| Gulshan Raina Joins PIB | | | Early Times Reporter

A senior grade officer of Indian Information service, Naiem Gulshan Raina, today took over as Media and Communication Officer, Press Information Bureau, Govt. of India, Jammu. He joined PIB Jammu in place of R.K. Raina who has been transferred to Regional News Unit of Radio Kashmir, Jammu.
Naiem Gulshan Raina is a resident of J&K state and belongs to Thanamandi area of Rajouri district. He has obtained Post Graduate in Journalism from Aligarh University besides having having PG Diploma in Computer Applications and Programming.
Raina was given a warm welcome by the staff of PIB Jammu on his taking over the new assignment.
