Cabinet approves premature retirement of 10 officials

Srinagar | AUGUST 13:
In the first step of cleansing the state administration of corrupt elements and deadwood, Jammu and Kashmir cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad decided to prematurely retire ten officers and officials from government service in the best public interest and in the interest of administration with immediate effect under Article 226 (2) and (3) of CSR.
They are Syed Asgar Ali, KAS; Mr. Mohammad Ramzan Nadaf, Deputy General Manager JKPCC; Mr. Janak Singh, Financial Advisor and CAO; Mr. Habibullah Bhat, Supervisor CAPD; Mr. Ghulam Hassan Rather, Block Development Officer; Mr. Nazir Ahmad Khan, Plantation Official in Rural Development Department; Mr. Parshotam Singh, Girdawar Settlement Udhampur; Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Patwari Kathua; Mr. Darshan Kumar, Patwari Nowshera and Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Sheikhsaz, Tehsil Social Welfare Officer.
