| Court frames corruption charges against FCI official | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu |Sep 6- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Mr. Kartar Singh today farmed corruption charges against Madan Gopal working as Assistant Grade-III Food Corporation of India (FCI) Food Store Depot, Chattha, Jammu who was caught red-handed by the CBI team on a complaint demanding an illegal gratification of Rs 180 from truck drivers for issuing the Pahunch (receipt stock item) who carried the food-grains of FCI from Punjab to Chatha. On a complaint the CBI team laid a trap and caught red-handed Madan Gopal while demanding and accepting illegal gratification of Rs 1980 from complainant in the office of FCI Chatha. The CBI registered a case and recovered the bribe amount from the said accused and after completion of the investigation filed challan in the court of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu, today Special Judge Anticorruption framed corruption charges against the accused official u/s 161 RPC and section 5 (2) r/w section 5(1) (d) of J&K PC Act 2006
