Smt. Mohinder kour W/o Daljit Singh was honoured with best teacher award on ‘Teacher day’ by the president of India at New Delhi on September 5.
Smt. Kour presently working in Govt. Girls high school Gandhi Nagar. As Sr. Master is a model for others in the sacred profession of teaching present by English to higher classes. She always shows excellent result in her subject. She is not confined to her concerned subjects but also motivates her students to widen their horizon of knowledge by imparting moral lessons. She consider that children of today are citizens of tomorrow. She inculcates in them the norms of good citizens national integration, secularism, self confidence, patriotism, importance of ecology and environment. Students under her guidance won prizes during debates etc.
