Srinagar, August 14 (INFO)- To review the arrangements being made for Mehraj Aulum in Anantnag district, the District Development Commissioner, Anantnag, Mr. G. A. Peer convened a meeting of officers here today. It was told that adequate quantity of food grains including rice, sugar and K.oil is available at various places in the district, the meeting also took several decisions for supply of drinking water, electricity, medicare facilities on the occasion throughout district especially at Kaba marg, Khirim Sirhama and Seer Hamdan shrines. To provide transportation facilities to the people visiting these Ziyarats on the occasion necessary arrangements were also reviewed. The Municipal Council, Anantnag and other municipal committees of the district will ensure sanitation.
