Speaking on the occasion ,Chrungoo gave a brief account of the present social and political scenario in the State and out rightly rejected the recommendations made in the 4th WG committee held in Delhi recently.
In the today’s convention Pandits community also appealed to the government to reconsider the demand for establishment of Homeland of displaced Kashmiri Pandits as per the Margdarshan Resolution of 1991.
Chrungoo in his address announced that the Kashmiri community is holding a token demonstration in favour of their demands on September 14 and appealed all the community members to participate in the demonstration in large numbers.
