| Coalition fails to curb corruption, alleges BJP | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Sep 9 BJP spokesperson Ramesh Arora has termed the coalition dispensation in the state as the most corrupt government the state had so far .The claim of Gulam Nabi Azad that he will provide corruption free Government in the state has proved a hoax Addressing pressmen here today Arora alleged politicians, bureaucrats and other government functionaries are protected and their corrupt practices are shielded . He said the recent allegations of corruption in transfers and postings in state police departments needed to be probed to unravel the truth. Referring to the allegation of allotting 342 kanals of land owned by Tilak Raj and Hem Raj and mutated in favour of the daughters of Minister Taj Mohi-ud Din, the BJP spokesperson demanded a thorough investigation and registration of a case. He said the dismissal of a complaint by SAC (State Accountability Commission) filed by present Mayor Narinder Singh is a glaring example. The complaint was made good with intention but the complainant did not cooperate with the Commission under pressure from the government which resulted into the dismissal of the complaint.
