One person died on spot and thirteen others, including three women, sustained injuries in an accident when a matador rolled down at Patoli area here last evening.
According to reports a speedy matador number JK02AA/ 4548 which was on its way from Parade to Paloura rolled down in the area due to negligent driving. The locals informed the Sarwal police who rushed to the spot and took the injured to hospital where doctors declared one of them identified as Ajay Khajuria son of Kewal Khajuria resident of Patoli as brought dead. The other thirteen have been admitted in hospital for treatment. Reports said some of the injured were discharged from the hospital after first aid. Police have registered a case in this regard and seized the matador.
