| Two dead, 21 injured in Kashmir road mishaps | | | Early Times Reporter Srinagar|Sep 10 Two persons died and twenty one others were injured in separate road accidents across Kashmir Valley during the last twenty four hours. Officials sources told News Agency of Kashmir that, a TATA 407 vehicle No (Jk03/8016) on way to Bijbehara from Srigufwara turned turtle at Kanilwan in which 17 persons were injured. The injured were immediately rushed to hospital by Police where one of the injured identified as Shabir Ahmed Lone son of Nazir Lone of Kanilwan succumbed to his injuries, Sources added. They said, another vehicle No (6738/ HP38) collided with a Sumo bearing registration number 6920/JK03, coming from opposite direction near Urnhall, Anantnag, causing on spot death of Kamal-ud-din, resident of Assam and injuries to five other passengers. While the injured were shifted to hospital, Police has registered a case in this regard. Meanwhile, another sumo vehicle, while on way from Baramulla to Peerniya turned turtle near Peerniya of Baramulla and fell down into river Jhelum. However, no loss of life or injury to anyone reported.
