A female teacher who is wife of a police personnel suffered serious injuries when a matador hit her at Naka Majadi area in Mendhar tehsil.
According to reports today afternoon Sheraj Akhtar, a government teacher and wife of Mohd Rashid resident of Naka Majadi was on her way to home when a speedy matador hit her resulting serious injuries on her legs. She was admitted in Poonch hospital for treatment wherefrom she was shifted to Government Medical College Hospital here for specialized treatment.
Meanwhile in another accident, two persons got injuries when a Tata Sumo that was on its way from Mendhar to Harni rolled down due to the negligent driving resulting into injuries to two persons identified as Banarsh Khan son of Mohd Akhtar and his uncle Mohd Faroq son of Wazir Mohd, both residents of Gohlad. They were later shifted to hospital by local people. Police has registered a case in this regard.
