Early Times Reporter Kathua | Sep 11 Francoise Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) India Suraksha, official wing of FXB International, engaged in the field of HIV/AIDS and human rights, on the eve of 45th birth anniversary of Jammu and Kashmir branch of FXB, organized sports and cultural activity for the AIDS, Orphans and vulnerable children at government middle school, Satura, Hirnagar in association with panchayat Satura, govt. primary and middle school Garah and Satura, Hiranagar, District Kathua. The aim of the program was to build confidence and unity among the children, to reduce the stigma and discrimination attached with HIV/AIDS and to perpetuate the values of generosity and compassion in the community. About 160 children participated in quiz and singing competition and also showed their enthusiasm in potato race, musical chairs, Khokho and tug of war. Prizes were awarded to winners end refreshment were provided to all the children. Among other Nagarmal, Sarpanch Satura, Sunita Devi Headmaster and teachers Purshottam Dass, Ajit Kumar, Archana, Ved Parkash, Kusuam Lata and FXB team members were present on the occasion..
