A meeting of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) refugee of Vikas Manch was held under the Chairmanship of Advocate, Chaman Lal here the other day.
In the meeting various genuine demands of PoK refugees were discussed, beside members also discussed the non-distribution of earth-quake relief, price rise and SRO 215. In the meeting members derecognized the formation of SOS and SAC unit Poonch, as their activities were illegally and self style. A new rural body and a youth wing was elected. The members of rural body are Capt. Sohan Singh, Sub-Biker Singh, Sub, Trilok Singh and Jeet Singh.
Among others who spoke on the occasion were Gurdev Singh, Kher Singh, Mohinder Singh, Balbir Singh, Commrade, Mohd. Rasheed, Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Amar
Singh, Fateh Singh and Om Prakash and Santosh Singh.
