| FMHWA stages protest demonstration | | | Early Times Reporter

To press its demands the Jammu and Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Workers Welfare Association staged a protest demonstration outside Director Health Services Office complex here today.
The speakers on this occasion criticized the government of its failure in addressing to the genuine demands of the workers which have been pending since long .The workers, among other things, are demanding release of pending salary of last six months to those Female Multipurpose Health Workers working under Salary Head 2211, apart from enhancement of their pay scale at par with Pharmacist, Lab, Dental and X-Ray Assistants. Addressing the protestors Bali Sharma President of the Association alleged that due to the non-responsive attitude of the government they had been forced to stage one day protest demonstration and threatened to intensify the stir if the demands were not conceded at the earliest.
Among others who took part in the demonstration were Sushil Sudan, Vinod Kumar Sharma , Anoop Singh, Pawan Singh, Madan Lal Sharma, Ram Paul Kotwal, Sanjay Chowdhary and Ved Paul Sani.
