Vijaypur police today arrested a drug peddler and recovered 250 capsules from his possession.
According to reports, a police party from Vijaypur police station during routine patrolling in the area noticed one person in suspicious condition and called him for checking but he ignored the call and fled from the spot. After a hot chase Police succeeded in nabbing him and on search recovered 250 capsules from his possession and took him to police station fore further interrogation. He has been identified as Kala Kumar son of Sohan Kumar resident of Vijaypur. During interrogation he told police that he was active in the area from last many years. Police has also registered a case in this regard and is investigating the matter.
