| Romeo Force holds medical camp | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu|Sep 14 As part of its effort to reach out to the people in the far flung and inaccessible area, a mass contact programme cum medical camp was organized by 20 Rashtriya Rifles (DOGRA) under the aegis of Romeo Force in the area of Samrot (Dilhori) in Rajouri District. A team of Army and civil doctors examined approx 1200 patients and dispensed free medicines to them. Lectures on various awareness programmes were given by representatives of department of health. Immunization for 350 children below five years of age was carried out. On this occasion a computer centre was inaugurated by the Commanding Officer at Government High School, Samrot and medical equipment handed over to Government Primary Health Centre at Samrot (Dilhori) in presence of Naib Tehsildar Mr Madan Lal Sharma. A cultural programme comprising of songs and dances by students of Government High School, Samrot was also organized. A volleyball match and Kabaddi was also organized between 20 Rashtriya Rifles (DOGRA) and Samrot Club. A lecture on horticulture was arranged by the representative of department of horticulture
