| 9179 pilgrims pay obeisance, about 1.65 lakh have darshan so far | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 15: Despite prevailing security situation in the Kashmir valley, the Amarnath yatra was going on smoothly as a fresh batch of 9179 pilgrims had darshan of the self made Ice-Shivlingam at the cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas today. With this a total of 1,64499 pilgrims had paid obeisance at the cave shrine since the commencement of the 48-day-long annual pilgrimage from July 2. However, for the past five days yatris are taking shortest Baltal route as yatra remains suspended from Pahalgam traditional track. |
