| Agitating FMPHW to get pending salary by tomorrow | | | Early Times Reporter

An emergency meeting of the striking Female Multipurpose Health workers and the Jammu and Kashmir Medical employees Federation was held today under the Chairmanship of Saraoj Bala, President, FMHW.
Bala informed the members about the outcome of the meeting held by the Association leaders with the Commissioner Secretary Health and medical Education, Director Health Services and Director Family Welfar to end the present stalemate. She said these officers have assured them the salary under the Account No. 2211, would be released by tomorrow while the other demands including promotion of female health workers on the pattern of health educators would be discussed separately soon.
The Association was among others represented in the meeting by Dharmneder Singh, Kamla Devi, Param Jit Singh, Rehman Din, Kanta Devi and Mamta Devi.
