A joint team of police and army today averted a major tragedy by recovering 40 kgs of RDX from Doda area today. On specific information developed through reliable sources regarding the hideout of militants in Theoda Choti area under jurisdiction of police station Doda, a joint search operation was launched by Doda police and 10 RR. During search, the hideout was busted and 40 Kgs RDX and 10l trs. Kerosene oil recovered from there. The timely recovery of RDX has averted a major tragedy.
