| Sikhs flay Sachar committee report | | | Early times reporter Jammu | sep 14 Various Sikh organizations of the Sikh state in a meeting chaired by its chief organizer, Bhai Kanhaya Nishkam Seva society (BKNSS), Mohinder Singh demanded 10 per cent reservation for Sikh community in government jobs. As per press release, Mohinder has reminded the government about the services rendered by the Sikh from time to time including during the freedom struggle. He said, community number of times have demanded to probe the killing of 35 innocent Sikhs at Chatti Singh Pura in Kashmir, but till date government is silent our the issue. He informed the participants that a memorandum has been sent to president of India and prime minister about Sachar committee report which has totally grievances of Sikhs being in minority. Others who attended the meeting were Amrik Singh, Kehar Singh, Paramjit Singh, Gurdev singh, Dharminder singh, Harjit singh, Ghajan Singh, Kultar Singh, Kulwant Singh, Kanchan Singh Chatha and Manmohan Singh.
