| Finance Commission member meets officers | | | Early times reporter

The recently appointed member of state finance commission, Sonam Dawa held an introductory meeting with the district officers here today.
Speaking on the occasion Dawa said that like Gajendra Gadkar commission, Sikri commission, Kotwal Commission, Lankar Commission the state govt has recently constituted state finance commission to mitigate irregularities in respect of development, employment, providing of equitable resources right from divisional level to Panchayat level etc. He said commission would identify measures to bring about a paradigm shift in the approach for allocation of resources to each region and sub regions etc.
Dy. Commissioner, Dr. M.K Bhandari during meeting a Requistic information’s to the commission will be submitted soon. He directed the Distt. Officers to submit Panchayat wise and block wise development details soon.
Earlier Dawa called on the chief executive councilor, Lahdc, Leh Chering Dorje. They interacted regarding development scenario in Leh and aims and objectives of the commission.
