| Youth beaten during Panun Kashmir convention | | | Early times reporter

While remembering the martyrs and victims of terrorism at Abhinav theatre here today a fight took place among the two groups of Kashmiri Pandits.
According to an eyewitness some unemployed youth associated with secular front raised a query to Panun Kashmir convener Ajay Churngoo, which was allegedly ignored by Churngoo. Eye witness informed that some activists of Panun Kashmir tried to stop the youth from raring the query which resulted into scuffle between the two groups. Some youth alleged that activists of Panun Kashmir manhandled secular front activist Ravi Kaul in the auditorium who is reported to have received multiple injuries and was profusely bleeding. His friends Rakesh Raina and S.L Raina who tried to save him were also allegedly beaten up by the activists of Panun Kashmir. The situation was brought under control by the police present on the occasion. Sudhir Dhar, an unemployed youth and member of secular front criticized the attitude of Panun Kashmir and said that democratic set up every citizen has a right to speak but the way Panun Kashmir reacted was not proper.
Senijr Member of Panun Kashmir Kuldeep Raina said that the way these youth behaved during convention was not proper. He said door of an office is always open to find solutions.
