ABKM seeks constitution of OBC Advisory Board 7/22/2016 11:30:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 22: Akhil Bhartiya Kashyap Mahasangh (ABLM) has sought constitution of OBC Advisory Board and its Vice Chairman should be nominated from the the Kashyap (Jheewar) community. According to press release, they demanded that OBC community should be given reservation on the basis of Mandal Commission Report. The previous successive governments have not provide any facility in this regards. The OBC community having much more hopes from incumbent coalition government led by CM Mehbooba Mufti.
