							  | | Traders, transporters protest over shifting of Old Bus Stand Bhaderwah |  |  |  |  |  | Early Times Report 
 Bhaderwah, July 28: Standing up against the administration's  proposed move to shift General old Bus Stand of Pasri Bhaderwah  to Kotli village, the traders, transporters , social activists  jointly staged a protest at Old Bus Stand Pasri and blocked the main road there for two hours while observing a shut down. Early in the morning local traders included shopkeepers and social activists assembled in large number at Old Bus Stand Pasri to lodge their protest against the administration's move to shift the old bus stand to outskirts of town.
 Addressing the protestors, Abdul Hafeez Khateeb , President Bhaderwah Development Forum said "Administration is jeopardizing the livelihood of hundreds  of families who earn their bread from the old bus stand at Bhaderwah ."
 "We will oppose the shifting of Old Bus Stand Pasri and fight tooth and nail against the decision of administration, he said, adding, "today's sit-in protest is warning to the administration and government that they could not force their illogical decisions on us."
 Humming similar tunes Raiz Ahmed Najar social activist  demanded revocation of order in regard to shifting of old bus stand Pasri and also threatened of prolonged agitation. He also termed the administration's move as "anti-people and anti-trade community".
 "This bus stand is connecting point for people from far-flung areas to the town . One would disconnect this link it would create problems for them," Tanveer Ahmed Dev (Rtd) Dy SP said.
 Protestors maintained that the proposed shifting of old bus stand is injustice with the people of Pasri , Masjid Mohalla , Dandi , Chinote , Qilla Mohalla and adjoining villages.
 After staging protest a delegation of local people included traders and leaders met senior officials who  assured that  Administration will hold a public meeting  with concerned to address their issue.
