| Shiekh Nazir calls on Babu Parmanand | | | Early Times Reporter

Cutting across the party lines, General Secretary National Conference, Shiekh Nazir Ahmed, today called on former Governor and veteran BJP leader, Babu Parmanand at his residence here to enquire about this health.
The former Governor is indisposed for the last couple of months.
Describing is as a courtesy call, Nazir said that Babu Parmanand and ex. NC leader was a close associate of late Sher-e-Kashmir, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah and worked as a minister in his cabinet and added it is the old association which NC still maintains and wished him speedy recovery and prayed for his long life.
Sheikh Nazir spent about an hour with the ailing leader and recounted the old memories.
