PHE department fails to provide water supply 8/9/2016 10:35:33 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, Aug 9: The people of Poonch have alleged that the PHE department has failed to provide basic facilities like water to the common people of the area like Mandi, Fatapur, Purani Poonch Chandak . A local Mohd Rafiq said the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department has totally failed to provide water to the people of that area. He alleged that local political leaders have also ignored the common masses in the area.
