To strengthen the youth congress at Grass root level and strengthen hands of congress president Sonia Gandhi and of Ghulam Nabi Azad, 26 office bearers for block youth congress committee, Billawar were appointed by the president of Youth Congress Mohd. Amin Bhat.
The new body consist of Bhagwan Singh as President, who will be assisted by seven vice presidents, two zonal presidents, three general secretaries, ten secretaries two organizing secretaries and one cashier.
