Adding details sources said that in a hurry and worry situation, department had announced that they will provide feasibility in every nook and the corner of Jammu and Kashmir circle and provide landline connection on demand but all in vain and situation gets more worsened as alone in the current year around 12000 landline connections had been disconnected till date. Sources also told that there are around 20,000 defaulters and the department is helpless to collect their pending dues from these defaulters.
