| Govt appealed to meet VDCs demands | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Sep 19 The General Secretary J&K Milchar Front, Kuldeep Kumar Rao has insisted upon the State Government to take immediate steps to meet the genuine demand of VDC members of Tehsil Thathri who have not received salary/wages for the last 6 months.teh Two VDCs of Joura Kalan and Joura Khurd have not received any salary/wages for the last 5 years, where as some committees of the same villages are drawing Salary/Wages. They approached to the concerned authorities but till date no action regarding to the pay of these two VDC members, which are working with out pay for the last 5 years. These VDC members are also working like other VDC but not receiving pay. This is injustice with these poor VDC members of village Joura Kalan and Joura Khurd of Tehsil Thathri. Rao appealed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister to give sympathetic consideration to the poor VDC members and order to the concerned quarters to release the Salary/wages of these VDC members and also release the Salary/wages of all the VDC members of Tehsil Thathri which is pending for the last 6 months, before Diwali and Eid festivals.
