The State Home Department today ordered promotion of 17 Inspectors of Police Telecommunication Wing to the rank of Deputy Superintendents of Police in their own pay and grade on officiating basis. They are Mohammad Saleem, Showkat Ali, Mohammad Altaf, Mehraj-ud-Din, Susheel Kachroo, Izhar-ul-Haq Rafiqi, Manzoor Ahmad, Bashir Ahmad, Gulzar Ahmad, Asgar Ali, Hafizullah, K. K. Zutshi, R. S. Jamwal, Ramesh Lal, Mohammad Rajab, Kuldeep Raj and Bashir Ahmed.
