Three more unseeded cueists have made it into the second round of the junior snooker competitions in the ongoing 17th Jammu district billiards and snooker championship underway at Billiards Hall, M A Stadium,here.
However, the competition among the seeded players shall start from tomorrow onwards, the reason being a number of them have got direct entries into the second round.
Today’s results: Ist round: Vikram Dhawan bt Akshay Sharma 3-1 (49-23, 32-51, 52-35, 49-28); Dheeraj Goswami bt Dhairya Khajuria 3-1 (55-32, 56-29, 83-55, 76-60); Gurdev Singh bt Gourav Sharma 3-1 (32-64, 51-31, 55-28, 69-40); Rahul Gupta bt Tarun Mahajan 3-1 (41-23, 61-40, 70-84, 47-46); Sahil Mahajan got walkover Vikram Gupta; Manik Jamwal bt Aditya Mahajan 3-2 ( 8-42, 60-32, 64-43, 37-49, 52-19); Amanvir Singh bt Kanwarjit Singh 3-2 (36-70, 42-29, 68-32, 63-41), Vishal Raina got walkover deep.
